I am a guitar, bass and vocal tutor in the Colchester and North Essex area. I teach students of all ages and in most styles, but specialise in pop, rock, blues, jazz & funk. My teaching style is relaxed and flexible and very much depends on the student, but I endeavor to make your lessons interesting and fun. Most lessons are one hour in duration, but occasionally are shortened for younger children. It doesn't matter whether you're a complete novice or a serious musician, it's so important to make sure you find the right teacher. As well as 25 years of playing experience I have a First Class BA (Hons) Degree in Music. As a requirement for the teaching I do in schools and colleges I am also CRB Checked.
